Orders are processed and shipped within two business days after they are received.
Shipping times vary depending on the state you live in (Ship-to-States). Orders can take up to 8 business days to reach customers on the East Coast. To expedite your order choose 2nd day air or next day delivery.
How Do I Place An Order Online? [Back To Top]
Ordering online is simple and fast with Due Vigne. As you're browsing through the products, when you see something you like simply click on the button 'Order Now'. Once you have clicked this button you will be redirected to your shopping cart. The shopping cart page will show everything you've ordered. If you'd like to continue browsing the online site then just click the box that says 'Continue Shopping' in the lower left hand corner of the page. Once you have added all the items you'd like to your shopping cart, click the 'Checkout' button. Once you click the 'Checkout' button you will be redirected to the ordering process page. After you have confirmed the information, your order will be placed with Due Vigne and you will receive e-mail confirming that your order was submitted. If the items are all in stock, this will be your only confirmation.
By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. All prices are listed in US dollars. All orders will include delivery charges, and applicable sales tax. We ship to many places however all wines are sold in California and ownership passes to the buyer in California.

Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. Only persons 21 years of age or older are able to order and accept delivery of wine. By placing your online order, you represent that you are 21 years of age. All shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult’s signature at the time of delivery.
During periods of extreme hot or cold weather, we reserve the right to hold your order and ship when better conditions are met. Shipping to a residence results in more failed deliveries than shipping to a business address. Shipping to a business addresses is strongly encouraged.
